About UNIFORM-Agri
UNIFORM-Agri develops software for the international dairy farming industry. The software is developed, sold, and supported with a team of nearly 100 people. Our company headquarters is based in Assen, the Netherlands and we support UK & Irish dairy farmers from our regional office in Somerset. User-friendliness and data exchange with feed computers, milking robots and other sensors, are important for our customers. UNIFORM is chosen by suppliers and farmers because of the integration of systems on modern dairy farms and the proven good service.

About the role – UK Helpdesk Manager
As we continue to grow our user base the UK team are looking to appoint a new UK Helpdesk Manager to lead our busy helpdesk team based at J24, Sedgemoor Auction Centre North Petherton. The role will be a full-time office-based position; however, you will occasionally be required to attend shows and events away from the office. Salary is negotiable, depending on experience.

As part of the role, you will be required to lead the helpdesk team in organizing workflows, trainings and answering customer questions on our Dairy Herd Management program and App.

Your responsibilities
As a Helpdesk Manager, you will work with the UK Manager to lead the UK Helpdesk to schedule and deliver online training, support, and installations to our users throughout the UK and Ireland. You will manage the quality control on the learning experience of new and existing customers. You will work together with our network of international colleagues.

Role requirements:

 Must have:

  • Knowledge of, and practical experience with, modern dairy farming
  • Agricultural background

 Desired:

  • Degree level

Experience:

  • Technical support: 1 year (minimum)
  • Customer support: 1 year (minimum)
